We hike in the local mountains once a month (usually the 2nd Saturday of the month). The hikes are easy to moderate in difficulty and are 2 to 3 miles in length. We will stop at a special spot on the trail enjoy a devotional with music and prayer. This year we are adding “bonus hikes” during the month which may be slightly more challenging and/or outside of the Santa Clarita Valley.

Pinos September 11th............................................Burkhart Trail to Devil’s Seat October 9th..................................................FCC Canyon Loop (FCC to Eternal Valley) November 13th............................................Mentryville December 11th............................................Vasquez Rocks County Park (3 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail) *Dates may change if scheduling conflicts arise and bonus hikes will be added most months, especially as the Mt. Whitney group starts its training.

Growth Groups
We are committed to making disciples of Christ at Faith Community Church! Growth Groups will help to accomplish this by providing the tools, encouragement and accountability necessary to succeed in spiritual growth. Growth Groups classes will function as a starting block toward a life of greater spiritual maturity and Christ-likeness.
Life Groups
The church is most effective when it is operating as a true community. Life groups exist to help us develop Biblical community so that we can bring the most glory possible to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Small groups meet weekly to study God's Word together, to serve one another and the surrounding community, and to socialize together.
